Mother of two who enjoys reading, a good cup of coffee, running and recently added jiu-jitsu to my lifestyle. I've conquered multiple 5ks, 10ks, 15k and 3 half marathons. This year I am not only training for a full marathon but also to compete in my first jiu-jitsu competition. For me, jiu-jitsu is a good way to exercise, learn self defense moves and a good stress reliever. So no matter how many times I get choked, tapped or arm-barred, I will not quit rolling on the mat and will strive to be better than what I am today.
