Organisational change has been my bread and butter for 16 years helping executives to interpret strategy and execute their plans, putting unexpected people in key roles to deliver exceptional results.

Recently, whilst working on a large scale operational review, I played a significant role in helping to achieve year one savings of 25k whilst keeping enforced redundancies under 1%.
