Cornelius Fischer

I am a scientist at the Berlin Institute for Medical Systems Biology (BIMSB) and Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) at the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC) in the group of Dr. Sascha Sauer (Scientific Genomics Platform). Here I coordinate single-cell projects.

We are applying and developing methods to explore the transcriptome, genome, and epigenome of single cells. One key aim is to bring single-cell sequencing technologies to a greater scientific community. With experience in mayor aspects of genome-wide single-cell analysis we support and encourage partners with different levels of experience, trying to help you to achieve your goals.
