Charles F. Millhouse has lived most of his life in Ohio. He is a massive science fiction fan and an avid fan of Doctor Who. His love for the genre has inspired his love of writing. Publishing his first book in 1999, Charles found success with his popular Talon's Epic series which currently has three books in the series and a forth planned for 2013. He best describes his style of writing as Retrofiction: The use of golden age storytelling set in futuristic or period settings, dealing with character(s) or situations in unbelievable circumstances. He is a fan of works by William F. Nolan and Frank Herbert and draws strongly from their influences His seventh book Captain Hawklin and the Skyhook Pirates was published December 2012. Charles lives in Southeastern Ohio with his wife and two sons. He is currently plotting or outlining a new idea to be published in the near future.
