A marketing executive, philanthropist, entrepreneur and a soon to be published author. She partnered with the international women rights activist, Dr. Maria Nassali as co-founder of the International Alliance for Women in Governance (IAWG), with headquarters in Uganda. IAWG works directly with political parties, NGOs, media, community leaders and political figures in incorporating women in a meaningful way in governance and public policy. Founder of Flourish & Bloom Entertainment (FBE), a management agency for celebrity non-profits, talent booking agency and production company. Has successfully led the Board of Directors of the Lisa Lopes Foundation, Usher's New Look Foundation NY and serves as Executive Director of Egypt Cares Family Foundation. FBE serves as a booking agency for talent on CNN, Headline News and TruTV. FBE is currently developing 2 of the most anticipated television shows.

Aproud supporter of UNICEF, member of the Steering committee for VH1 Save the Music, and serves on the Advisory boards for the National Museum of Hip Hop, Kid Power Exchange Conf. and the Reginald F. Lewis Billionaire Torch Awards. Served as Co-Chair of the Education task force of the delegation of philanthropists that traveled with the Global Syndicate to Haiti. The needs assessment project was done with members of Parliament, local leaders and businesses, and leading NGOs. Attended the Urban Economic Forum hosted by The White House Business Council and the White House Council on Women and Girls. Member of the United Nations Assoc.

Her professional career began at Turner Broadcasting with the production team of CNN en Español, then managed marketing initiatives for Cartoon Network/Boomerang Latin America and later as Head of Sponsorship and Trade Marketing for Turner Broadcasting UK. In 2006 she joined Mattel as Head of the Marketing Services, Fisher-Price Brands. In 2008 she joined Meredith Corp. as a Senior Partnership Marketing Manager for Better Homes and Gardens, Ladies Home Journal, Fitness, Parents, Traditional Home and Family Circle.

Has been featured in Black Enterprise, DTM magazine, Diario La Prensa, Revista Estilo and CUNY TV. Holds a Bachelors degree from LSU in Mass Communications and Political Science, and a MBA from Mercer Univ. Alumni of the United Nations Worldview Institute Executive Leadership program.
