Over 30 years of professional level work experience in the area of law enforcement and security operations, management, and training. Proven track record of implementing law enforcement programs/initiatives in the Caribbean. Career path have included jobs with increasing scope and responsibilities at the executive or managerial level.

A minimum of 4 years of experience working overseas in internal political conflict.

A minimum of 3 years in managing law enforcement officials, ensuring sustainability of projects through provision of appropriate training, technical assistance, and mentoring, and a displayed ability to integrate competing needs of U.S., international, and Caribbean law enforcement, development, and security agencies.

A minimum of 15 years’ experience in leading and managing police operations or training in the United States and overseas.

As a Senior Police Advisor utilized British law enforcement experience and knowledge about the civil law system towards analysis and program evaluation in all areas of municipal, state and federal law enforcement.

Experience in writing training plans, statements of works, standard operating procedures, and detailed instructions. Very comfortable speaking publicly and can prepare and provide briefings in English.
