Casey Dan Gibson

Casey Dan Gibson is a Lead Project Recruiter with the Adecco RPO's delivery team in the Commercial and Finance verticals. In this capacity, he is responsibile managing the strategic initiatives of the organization's high-volume partnerships. His areas of specialty include identifying opportunities for efficiency and re-engineering hiring processes in unviersity recruitment, call centers, and field-based positions. In the past, he served as a member of Adecco RPO's internal talent acquistion team.

Prior to joining Adecco RPO, Casey worked for 3 years as an Account Manager at The RightThing, Casey provided strategic development and support for key RTi clients by leveraging his expertise in process engineering, reporting analysis, grassroots sourcing execution, and hiring event coordination.

Casey received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business management, an MBA, and a Master's Degree in Business and Organizational leadership from Defiance College, the nations premier service-learning academic community.
