I began ‘LeMenu de Catherine’ when I moved to Paris on the 1st November 2014, as thereseemed no way of exploring the city and its endless possibilities through an innatelove of discovering new methods and tastes to bring home and try for myself. Cooking,like learning a language, it’s ever-changing, exciting, most definitely at timesintimidating, but ultimately very rewarding.
