larke Group Property Management (CGPM) is a property management company specialising in Auckland residential properties. We help investors achieve the returns they desire, and provide peace of mind that their property is being cared for at the highest level, enabling them to focus on growing their portfolio stress-free.

Our director, Austen Clarke, founded the company to manage properties developed by the parent group, Clarke Group Management Ltd - Auckland's largest provider of residential studio apartments.Initially CGPM traded as StudioHomes, catering to the needs of our private developments.

However, after seeing the potential in the property management arm, Austen decided to extend the StudioHomes service to the public, rebranding as Clarke Group Property Management, and providing investors with a company they could trust when managing their most valuable asset.

Our mission at CGPM? Your needs, put first. We understand what owners desire, because we are investors ourselves. Our property managers put themselves in the shoes of the client, to truly understand what they want. And we provide just that – because we care!
