As Festival Director for the annual Bucksport Bay Festival, I am responsible for the overall operation, management, and coordination of the Festival's process. My professional skills were employed during this project, as I was required to balance and manage an event budget, market and build positive customer relations, and also manage a staff team of volunteers to make the Festival a success.

In this position I managed and taught students in second through fourth grades, and presented lessons on technology, computer safety, technology devices and much more. We discussed topics such as setup of letters and correspondence, creation of slideshows, using websites, and an emphasis on overall digital literacy.
