Chad Barber

I am a Residential Investment Specialist with Vestis Group, Arizona’s leading Multi-Family Residential Investment Brokerage. I have been buying, selling, rehabbing, flipping, and managing rental properties since 2006. I have managed major property renovations ranging from entry-level condominiums to million dollar luxury homes. As an investor myself, I enjoy assisting clients make the most of their renovations to maximize the return of investment on their residential investment properties.

I joined Vestis Group in 2012 as a Residential Investment Specialist. Prior to joining Vestis Group, I was with the largest attorney services firm in the state for 11 years as Assistant Director where he supervised company operations and implemented training programs for all new employees.

I am an Arizona native and I attended Arizona State University. I currently reside in Phoenix with my wife and two children. In addition, I enjoy coaching my son’s teams in baseball, soccer, and basketball.
