I'm an IT Manager with a long history of being "the SharePoint Guy". My secret weapon is my ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, thanks to an IT and Marketing double major combined with an early career history in call center operations and analytics. I've used these to successfully build cross-functional partnerships that enable individuals, teams, departments, divisions and a Fortune 200 enterprise to improve business processes, increase communications channel effectiveness, and wring the greatest value from their investment in modern workplace products. I've led geographically-dispersed teams engaged in governance, architecture, administration, end user support, community building and engagement, custom solution design/development, and content migrations of SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Workplace by Meta.
