Chad Clift earned a degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu culinary college in New York City. He moved back to his hometown in Mossy Rock, Washington, where he founded his own restaurant, Swanky’s. Clift brought his expertise and drive to his hometown in the form of this restaurant because he wanted to give a small town the big city experience in food.
