As a senior program manager with Honeywell Aerospace, Chad Kluemper oversees a team of global supply-chain compliance professionals who review and analyze the technological development of aerospace suppliers. He also personally conducted settlement negotiations for major supplier claims in excess of $1 million with a concerted focus on returning maximum value to Honeywell. Chad Kluemper also performs the duties of an intellectual property auditor, analyzing licensee activity to confirm that it adheres to all pre-agreed terms and conditions.

Before assuming his position as program manager in 2017, Chad Kluemper served the Honeywell Marketing and Product Management Department as a senior licensing manager and analyst/auditor. Over his five years in licensing, he obtained $55.7 million in operating income across all aerospace supply-chain and business units.

Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Kluemper enjoys cooking healthy meals with his children and stays in shape by jogging and participating in CrossFit. His other favorite activities include piloting remote-control helicopters and barbecuing and smoking meat.
