You're not alone. Many of us face barriers that prevent us from achieving our full potential, especially if we've had difficult upbringings.

As an accredited International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPCM) coach, I understand these struggles deeply and have dedicated my career to helping individuals people overcome these hurdles.

Introducing Our Live Virtual Coaching Group

This group is designed for people who want to:

  • Create a Community: Connect with people who have faced similar challenges and know you are not alone.
  • Build Resilience: Learn new tools to create inner peace and clarity by recognising your pain as a superpower, not a hindrance.
  • Change Mindsets: Develop the courage and inner strength to overcome obstacles.
  • Create Magic: Learn to create magic in your life rather than just chasing it.

What Will You Gain?

  • Safe and Caring Space: Feel free to openly discuss the roadblocks you’re facing.
  • Support System: Benefit from peer support and break-out rooms for 1:1 or small group discussions on given topics.
  • Practical Techniques: Learn practical techniques to build resilience and adaptability in the face of uncertainty.

What Am I Offering?

  • Session One: We will explore our baseline e.g. our lives in the present and where we would like to be in the future.
  • Session Two: This session will explore tools and techniques around compassion, self-talk and visualisation.
  • Session Three: This session is all about action. We will create a roadmap to encourage ourselves to go out of our comfort zone and try something new.
  • Session Four: A space to check-in. In this month we will surface the challenges we're facing and create a plan to help overcome this.
  • Session Five: Find your magic. In this session, we'll reflect on the importance of gratitude and how to leverage this in our own lives.
  • Session Six: Reflections and close. We'll come together to reflect on the journey, what we have learned, and our plans for the future.

Where And When?

  • How much? The full course is £400 for six sessions. An early-bird discount of 20% will be applied to bookings before 16th August.
  • When? Every 2 weeks for 2 hours, starting October 19th at 10am- 12pm
  • How many people? The sessions will be capped at 10 participants.
  • Who?Chadnee Shah, an accredited coach and level 4 personal trainer with over 6 years of experience in the NHS.
