Chad Pitts

Chad Pitts is a twenty-one year old graduate student at North Dakota State University. He currently works in the Office of Multicultural Programs. Chad received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Unviersity of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2012.
Chad is currently conducting research on climate for diversity within police agencies as it pertained to members of the LGBT community. He will be using this research as part of his thesis.
