Chad Speegle

A sales leader with Bausch & Lomb for nearly a decade, Chad Speegle accepted a promotion to territory manager in 2018. This position places him in charge of selling retina products to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers in four Southern states. While employed with Bausch & Lomb, Chad Speegle has achieved yearly increases in capital sales figures, engendering significant growth while maintaining productive relationships with existing customers.

Before joining the Bausch & Lomb team, Chad Speegle spent a year as a territory manger with SonoSite, three years as an area sales manager with Lumenis, and three years as a district specialty representative with Amgen. His work with Amgen earned him a top ranking in his district and a 14th ranking nationally for quota attainment.

When he isn’t working, Mr. Speegle volunteers as a youth athletics coach with the Exception Foundation in Birmingham, Alabama. In recognition of a history of service that spans nearly two decades, the Exception Foundation added him to its Coaches Wall of Fame in 2017.
