As a Management Professional dedicated to the advancement of teamwork, my vision of organizational leadership is directed toward building strong employee interactions.
I am an organized professional that provides motivational development and strengthens individual achievement while enhancing process improvement. With over 15 years of experience in production, logistics and warehouse management within multiple areas of business, I found that people and teamwork are the guiding force toward my own success. I have learned that everyone has a common trait; they want to be a part of something that they themselves can contribute and to be recognized as a member of something greater that is directed toward teamwork and individual success.
I have had the pleasure of working with multiple business and volunteer professionals in the industry of distribution, facilities and warehouse operations on the West Coast. During that time I have learned that people are the best assets of business and the development of an organization begins with the leadership values that are key to success in any market.
As a transformational leader, I understand the capabilities to enable enthusiasm, build morale and can direct employees toward working for an industry, a company, or a business that not only provides success for an operation, but equally provides success for individual and teamwork operative goals.
Employees are the strength that provides pathways to a better business and increased active employee participation is worth the time and effort employees are willing to give that becomes a valuable asset within the organization.
Employee investment is giving employees the time and the development that ensures success through participation, interaction, values and constructive involvement that builds an employee’s own ethical work standards targeted toward the success of your team.
A sense of accomplishment comes from those who have experienced what you have to offer as a leader and the simple gesture of making a better life through work, mutual prosperity and social experiences is worth the efforts that they themselves attempt to achieve every day as an employee.
- I am a recent graduate with an Associates Degree of Business from The University of Phoenix with the belief that life-long learning is an important part of self improvement that continues to develope throughout your career.
