Chadwick Cagle Georgia
aircraft production in Fayetteville, Georgia
Chadwick Cagle was raised in Pineview, Georgia, a small town in the rural southern part of the state. He graduated from Wilcox County High School in nearby Rochelle in 1993 and went on to study Aircraft Structural Technology at Middle Georgia Technical College in Warner Robins, finishing in 2001. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Park University in Parkville, Missouri, in 2006. That combination of technical training and management education has shaped the way he approaches his work.
Chadwick Cagle spent much of his career in Warner Robins working in aircraft production and maintenance operations, with a focus on MRO environments and aerospace manufacturing. His work has involved production planning, lean manufacturing, and process improvement, along with building and supporting teams on the production floor. He values consistency, clear communication, and following through on commitments. Safety, quality, and compliance have been central to every role he has held.
Chadwick Cagle now lives in Fayetteville, Georgia. When he is not working, he enjoys boating, golf, and woodworking. He takes on home renovation projects regularly and is a dedicated follower of University of Georgia athletics. He is a father to one daughter and a grandfather to one grandson.
