In 2004, after many successful years as a line manager in a FTSE 100 company, I took on a new challenge and embarked on a career in compensation and benefits.
I broadened my experience by working in the not for profit sector and also held a position as Head of HR Services in the retail sector. I now operate as an Interim Reward Manager through my own company, Reward Solutions Ltd.
Life long learning is a key motivator for me and I believe that sharing my knowledge of reward and recognition approaches with HR teams and line managers is a critical success factor in what I do.
When I am not busy advising clients on reward strategies or managing HR and Reward projects I can often be found training for my next cross country race or supporting Surrey County Cricket club.
