I believe strongly in the power of community and doing The Work from a place of love and compassion. For me, this manifests in my academic pursuits, as well as my involvement in poetry and arts communities. I am particularly invested in supporting the use of performance, visual, and literary arts as a means of empowering LGBTQ youth and young people of color.
