Hello, my name is Chainarong Kesamoon. I have got a PhD in mathematics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2015, that was a long journey after leaving home to study in Europe since 2008.
Now I am a lecturer in the department of Mathematics and Statistics, Thammasat University. I have been investigated in financial time series models for my doctoral thesis and continue researching in insurance industry. I also take a role in running the bachelor program in actuarial science for the department.
Besides, I am a member of the Data Science Thailand team that regularly organizes Meetup event to educate, learn and share experience in data science to the community. I am willing to bring the advantage of data science into financial and insurance industry.
