I have total experience of 17+ years in international BPO in Tech support and customer support in various roles like Business Process Leader, Process Developer( Shift Supervisor/ Acting TL), and Senior Tech Support. My goal is to become a Project Manager.

I am currently working in Tech Mahindra for USA based ISP as Senior Tech Support Executive from 2019 till present.

I have Previously worked in TCS BPO as Business Process Lead from June 2017 to July 2018. Prior to TCS ,I was a Process Developer (Floor Supervisor) at GENPACT Hyderabad currently living in Hyderabad, India. My interests range from photography to fashion. I am also interested in music, food, technology and also learning new courses. My hobbies include gym, body building , blogging, listening to music, shopping etc.

I have won 5 bronze awards in Genpact and more than 8 awards in Tech Mahindra ( Bravo award, Best Associate Sales and PAT on Back Award etc ).

I have handled team of 50+ agents, Handled escalation calls, chats and email queries. I along with other SME's took Huddle's to give updates to teams regarding the process updates.
