I see my self as open and receptive to a wide range of experiences and ideas, I like variety and change. I am interested in more abstract notions and concepts, and I see myself as more imaginative and creative than the norm. I am curious, reflective, and insightful, and may easily become bored through a lack of intellectual stimulation. I also find it uncomfortable to have to stick to set procedures and routines. I respond positively to complexity and originality, but other people may sometimes view me as somewhat cerebral, over-analytical, and may too clever or imaginative for my own good. Overall, I see myself as a resilient, secure and emotionally controlled individual. I am unlikely to be troubled by stress or anxiety, and generally remain calm and composed when dealing with most issues. More upbeat than most, I am likely to recover quickly from setbacks, not dwell on the past, and generally expect things to turn out well in the future. Although others may sometimes feel that I am too laid back and relaxed, this helps me to be effective in a crisis and face difficult situations without getting too rattled or upset. I am a sociable person, who enjoys being in company and having people around me. I like to interact with others and build relationships with them. I am also warm and friendly with others, and forego formality and protocol. I express my views and opinions and some times try to steer a group to my way of thinking. Overall, I am viewed as talkative, gregarious, outgoing and assertive, someone who needs and is energized by social interaction.
