From Norway to India to Northern California,

I’ve been blessed to work with remarkable mentors,
and have spent thousands of hours engaged in
intense mediation and spiritual studies.

As a practitioner + teacher of feminine embodiment,
my methods weave mythology and storytelling with embodied practice,
meditation and private session.
Fancy concepts and lofty goals does not do it for me.
