Dr. Charles Hamilton is the founder and co-owner of CHCS.com Web Development, and is an experienced website designer, trainer, consultant and manager.

Dr. Hamilton is also an at-large council representative to the National Association of Railroad Passengers. He advocates for improved passenger rail and transit services in a number of places.
