Chana Traylor is passionate about helping organizations to empower their teams to develop innovative strategies and concepts to move them quickly towards success, she has over 20 years of management consulting experience. Prior to joining Anitab.org as a consultant to the Innovation and Strategy team, she developed and managed the Project Management Office of a management consultancy firm, The Principle Partnering Group.

In that role, she managed teams whose focus was to develop innovative programs, products, targeted outreach and retention methods to ensure firms provided a good faith effort for the $1.3B in federal funds to build the Houston Metropolitan Light Rail Expansion. Through these efforts, over $310M in actualized revenue was paid to women and minority owned businesses, which exceeded the project goal by 40%. This was a contributing factor in their client being awarded the Outstanding Public Transportation System Achievement Innovation Award by the American Public Transportation Association (2015).

Mrs. Traylor has bachelor’s in Computer Science from Texas College. She resides in Frisco, TX and is married to William Traylor, they have three lovely daughters Kari & Kira, and Willow.
