Chance White Eyesis anInaugural Director of Tribal Relations in postsecondary education. Enriched by his position, Chance is passionate about making a positive impact on the community through outreach implemented throughactive research. The Director of Tribal Relations largely focuses his research on the history of education policy and Indigenous research methodologies. Chance has published an extensive collection of research on post-secondary Indigenous student success; a core component of his career’s focus in higher education and the collegiate level.

Chance White Eyes maintains a Doctorate in Critical and Socio-Cultural Studies in Education, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. Throughout his career in academia and higher education, Chance has centralized his focus on the Indigenous community’s experience in post-secondary education. As Inaugural Director of Tribal Relations, Chance extends that impact to the larger academic community of his state.
