Hello! I am Chandan Rozario, a Bangladesh-based development professional with 10+ years of experience in program implementation, community mobilization, training facilitation, project communication, documentation, safeguarding initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Over the years, I have worked across community development, civic participation, social accountability, communication, advocacy, safeguarding, and institutional strengthening—supporting both grassroots communities and organizational systems. My work has involved close collaboration with government institutions, civil society organizations, faith-based institutions, donor-supported initiatives, Indigenous communities, women, youth groups, and vulnerable populations

Currently, I serve as Training and Knowledge Management Officer at Caritas Bangladesh (Central Office), where I focus on capacity-building initiatives, facilitating training, developing learning materials, and supporting knowledge-sharing across project offices.
