Gurpreet Chandhoke

Mr. Chandhoke is the Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of VII Peaks Capital, LLC since its inception in April 2009. He has more than 11 years of professional investment management experience, including investing in Senior Loans, High Yield Debt, Mezzanine Debt, Venture and Private Equity. Before founding VII Peaks Capital, LLC, he had more than six years of investment banking experience, serving as Senior Vice President of Deutsche Bank Technology Investment Banking Group in San Francisco and as an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Chandhoke has been involved in over $40 billion of corporate finance transactions as Advisor and helped issue over $20 billion of debt in various leveraged and corporate buyout transactions. He also has significant experience in the film industry. Mr. Chandhoke has invested in media and entertainment companies such as Ansgar Media, an independent film studio based out of Louisiana. He was an Investor and also served on the Board of Directors and Special Committee to restructure and bring Relativity Media LLC, a media and entertainment company, with approximately $1 billion of debt, out of bankruptcy between 2015 and 2016.

He was the Executive Producer of Born to Be Blue released in 2015, Co-Producer of Jeepers Creepers 3 released in 2017 and Executive Producer of Blaze released in 2018. He is also the Executive Producer of 6:45, which is currently in post-production. Mr. Chandhoke has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania
