Chandra Krohl

A human resources executive, Chandra “Chandi” Krohl most recently served as senior vice president of talent and culture for a Washington, DC, firm, where she handled recruitment and talent management in support of more than 200 employees across 10 states. Previously, Chandra Krohl served as director of talent and culture for Clarabridge Incorporated. There, she implemented a new human resource management system that aligned with open enrollment periods for annual benefits, in addition to negotiating new annual benefit rates. She also oversaw the development of Clarabridge’s first corporate wellness fair.
Chandi Krohl holds a bachelor of arts in English literature from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and a master of business administration in business and organizational development from George Washington University. To give back to her local community, she serves as a member of Arlington Public School’s Facilities Committee. She also recently created a Free Little Library in her front yard. She spends her free time reading and watching her children’s soccer competitions.
