I'm an intuitive caregiver. A compassionate listener and supportive friend. I can be a cheerleader one minute and a drill sergeant the next. With a personal understanding of the highs and lows that my clients face daily, I have a unique perspective on how to help them move forward with their personal wellness journeys.
In the course of my own journey, I began learning about all things wellness, so I became a Mayo Clinic trained wellness coach, an ACE certified fitness instructor (licensed to teach three styles of Zumba) and have shifted my focus as a personal chef away from parties to teaching people how to cook healthy food that tastes great.
I truly believe that the real cure for obesity is knowledge and a practical understanding of the relationship between mind, body and spirit.
