Chandrika Cycil

I am a research student with a background in psychology, currently an interdisciplinary researcher of human computer interaction and computer-mediated living, interested in studying how people interact and use technology. I am primarily working with video data of families in cars, seeing how they talk, use media, interact and communicate with each other inside cars. The theoretical basis of my research is drawn from ethnomethodology, conversation analysis and interaction analysis.
