Chanelle Francis

Hello, my name is Chanelle, I have a big purple (at the moment!) afro, I wear glasses and like to sing! I am creative person who enjoys talking to people and helping them as well a strong determination to succeed in every goal. I am looking for an exciting, dynamic company with masses of potential. I have a hard-working, passionate and vibrant personality with a sarcastic sense of humour.

Having had 6 years’ front line support, account management experience and office administration within online technology/ SaaS platforms, I understand the importance of SaaS platforms to help with efficiency in a work environment. I am a fast learner and pick up processes and systems quickly which is key for support roles. I have developed very strong communication and interpersonal skills through my many interactions in the customer care environment, I enjoy building a rapport with users, educating them to ensure that they are using the system to its full potential.

Being proficient with technical aspects of the role was required within my work experiences, learning and understanding web based technology, back-end databases & SQL Server Management has been a key aspect in understanding and therefore explaining the system to the end user in a way that they can understand. I have also developed a beginners understanding of SQL and can write and run basic SQL which I learned in my latest job and am always happy and willing to develop these skills.

I enjoy all aspects of music, performance and entertainment, in particular acting/ singing, the production of films, documentaries, dramas and post-production within media.

I have a passion for cars and take an active interest in car maintenance. I attend the gym regularly and love to organise fun days and events for family and friends.
