Chantel Cleminson is the founder of Mentors Insync, a platform that promotes a collaborate open-source sharing of knowledge, skills and experiences. Chantel believes in equal opportunity where people are given the chance to find their passion, realize their potential and be extraordinary, but she doesn’t believe we do this alone.

Chantel has a strong passion for making a difference to the lives of others and the world at large. She believes this is achievable through the Mentors Insync platform.

In many of her previous roles, she has had the opportunity to train and mentor others and has seen firsthand the benefits of mentoring. She continues to benefit from her own mentoring relationships however, her understanding and approach to mentorship is unique.

Before devoting her work fulltime to Mentors Insync, Chantel worked in the not for profit sector as a Community Program Manager. Here she was responsible for research and development of new initiatives, as well as developing critical partnerships, essential relationships, and networking with government and non-government organizations.

In addition to being the founder and CEO of Mentors Insync, Chantel is an entrepreneur through and through. She has even been called a visionary.

The wealth of knowledge and diverse expertise she has gained, extends from her entrepreneurial traits and the variety of skills learned through the numerous roles she has performed.

Chantel is intuitive, flexible, innovative and creative. She has strong skills in leadership, nonprofits and strategic planning. She has developed these skills through professional training, practical experiences and personal development.

Previously, Chantel has had several management roles and has owned her own business.

Chantel has contributed to several social causes including volunteering as a Telephone Crisis Supporter for Lifeline Sydney, and implemented innovative changes for those who are economically and socially disadvantaged. During this period, Chantel studied and received a National Diploma in Professional Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC) in 2010.

Chantel enjoys travelling and spending time with family. Her interests include leadership training, innovation, technology and having fun.
