Chantelle Corbo
Chantelle is the Creative Director and Partner of RBC Hospitality Group. She has an Advanced certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, and is passionate about entertaining and sharing the knowledge she’s learned over the last seventeen years in the beverage industry- her mantra is that wine should be for everyday, be inspired and humble, and always approachable. As wine director she has been at the helm of nationally acclaimed restaurants and hotels, both the Ritz Carlton Hotel Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia, and opened the Loews Regency Hotel in New York. Most recently Chantelle crafted the Upland wine program with the Steven Starr Restaurant Group; her role in defining the wine program helped earn three Michelin stars for L2O of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises in Chicago. Through her love for hospitality and education she will deepen the workplace culture of RBC Hospitality's family of distinctive restaurants.
You can find her joining forces with like-minded tastemakers as an ambassador for Champagne Taittinger, mentoring aspiring hospitality professionals, teaching classes for wine enthusiasts, and hosting fabulous dinners, a feast for the eye and palate. She has journeyed all over the world, every wine region from Australia to Italy; her travels and experiences in the hospitality industry have played an important role in influencing her unique visual style, and her eye for design and entertaining. Chantelle has contributed informative articles on wine and entertaining where she shares her must have wines and an approachable wine knowledge and expertise; she has been featured in Imbibe Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, NBC4 NY, The New York Times, Food and Wine, and Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
