Chappy Adams

The Chappy Adams story actually began in the 1930's, when a man by the name of "Bud" Adams, Sr. started selling land from Jupiter to West Palm Beach. He reared his son there, "Bud" Jr., teaching him the importance of relationships and reputation. Bud Jr. founded Illustrated Properties in 1975 with the idea that a real estate company could be something really extraordinary. Today Illustrated Properties is the 46th largest independent real estate company in the country and the largest in Palm Beach County.
