Clients can upload references to their page and have my Character Reference forward there references to employers on their behalf. The system works to ensure that even if someone loses their job or is faced with an unfortunate situation regarding their work, the ratings and reviews that they have accumulated will not be affected. They know can ask their clients to rate them directly on an independent data storage; my character reference database, and never have to depend on the websites and platforms they are kicked off, resulting in them losing their references. This guaranteed database of references will make sure that the future fate of the user's job will not be compromised because of something that happened in the past.

The clients are rated based on aspects of their performance such as hard work, reliability and overall quality of the job. This information is then permanently saved within the interface. It differs from other providers because the rating system that is implemented will range from a score of 5-10. When developing the reviews of the clients, the focus is put on their individual strengths and weaknesses.

A smaller portion of the final report looks at more specific features of the client's work capabilities. These include things such as past on the job accomplishments, preferred work culture, and confirmed dates of employment to aid in placing clients in the right environment. Each and every review is produced in a constructive way that results in a professional reference.

The rating system is a little different than most, driven by our desire to serve our clients best. We range from 5 to 10, as well as three different plans, Bronze, Gold and Platinum. Everyone will be rated based on the hard work they're completing.
