CharBlue is a collaboration inspired by chef driven restaurants from across the country. Former Indianapolis Colt Gary Brackett partnered with chef Ricky Hatfield and local restaurateur Jeremiah Hamman to develop a concept that blends the bravado and jaw dropping steakhouse machismo with the lighter and more palatable offerings of the small room, chef driven, farm to table trend.
