Ikyausu Oryiman Isaac Populary known as Charcoal Isaac was born on the 3rd of March, 1998, in Tarka Local Government Area of Benue State, Nigeria. He is a dedicated public servant, police officer, and community development advocate whose life is characterized by discipline, integrity, and a commitment to service.

He began his educational journey at Demekpe Primary School, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC). He later attended Sunshine Secondary School, Wannune, where he earned his Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE). Driven by a passion for education and self-improvement, he proceeded to the University of Agriculture, Makurdi (now Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University), where he obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Home Science Management.

Following his academic achievements, Charcoal Isaac joined the Nigeria Police Force, where he has distinguished himself through professionalism, dedication, and unwavering commitment to duty. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on maintaining law and order, protecting lives and property, and serving the public with integrity and excellence. His promotion to the rank of Corporal is a testament to his hard work, competence, and dedication to service.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Charcoal Isaac is passionate about leadership, youth empowerment, and community development.
