I have worked in education for over 20 years in public, private, formal, museum, conventional, and progressive settings. I came to and fell in love with the Motnessori method in early 2008 when I came to Cedar River Montessori. I have studied teaching, organizaitonal development and educational leadership with a focus on small schools and school culture. Middle school is my favorite age. (I know, right?)
