I’m a third-year student living in Johannesburg. I'm majoring in Afrikaans and School Library and Information Centre. The reason why I have decided to major in those two modules, is because I love my language and I belief that I can make a difference in children's lives. I want First Additional learners to come to the realization that Afrikaans is a language that everyone can speak and that they should not focus on what they say wrong but rather on how to improve themselves. That is one of my main focusses as an Afrikaans teacher. I am also busy with my HR N4 qualification at Oxbridge Academy. Working with people and to solve problems was always one of my passions. I belief that one day I will be able to use my HR knowledge in education and also in my own businesses.

I am a fan of gospel music, love singing, education, and coffee. Like David Lynch said: "Even bad coffee is better than no coffee". I’m also interested in shopping and innovation. Not a social media butterfly. If one asks me on what platforms I am actively available, I will say WhatsApp. TikTok and Facebook are just something I go through when I have nothing to do.As the quote is saying “A friend in need is a friend indeed.”. These two are those “friends” as I am an introvert and not an outgoing individual.
