Charles Ideho was born in Okpokhumi-Emai, Owan East Local Government of Edo State on 7 May, 1967. He attended St. Peter's Anglican Primary School, (Okpokhumi Primary School) in the then Bendel State, now Edo/Delta States, 1974 - 1979. Thereafter, he proceeded to Holy Trinity Grammar School, Sabongida Ora, Owan West Local Government Area, Edo from 1979 to 1984.

In 1988, he went to Egori Community Secondary School, Agenebode, Etsako East Local Government, Edo to rewrite the West African School Certificate (WASC) while seeking a credit in mathematics, which he couldn't obtain in his first attempt in 1984.

That year, he got the overall best result.

He went to Lagos to live with his elder sister, now deceased, to seek employment. While working in a small computer software firm on Lagos Island, he got into the University of Lagos (UNILAG), to run a part-time course in Purchasing and Supply Management and got a diploma in 1993.

In 1999, he decided to he needed a career in journalism, and got a Reporter's with Oasis Herald Newspapers. From then onwards, he began to move from one job to another, and from one position to another until in 2005 when he became Associate Editor with National Pride Magazine. He was later to be appointed as the Editor of the Magazine.

He attended the Lagos State University, LASU, from 2006 to 2011, where studied English Language. He also has multiple diplomas in varying fields including an Advanced Diploma is English Grammar from the World English Institute, Grisham, USA in 2020.

In 2012, he moved over to broadcasting, and began as an in-house analyst on the defunct Radio Continental 102.3 (now Max FM 102.3FM). He joined other prominent analysts on the early morning Newspapers Review, as well as the evening magazine show, Kubanji Direct, hosted by Citizen Jones Usen. In 2014, he was invited by TVC (a sister station to Radio Continental) to join a team of analysts on E-15 (as Journalists Hangout today) on TVC News.

In 2018, he accepted the position of the State Publicity Secretary of African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Benin City, a position he held until 2020. Thereafter, he returned to Lagos and joined Jordan 105.5FM, Lagos, as in-house analyst.

In 2022, he was appointed the Head of Station of the radio station, where he produces/anchors Feedback with CHASIDEHO, and Lagos In Focus.

He is the Ambassador of Community Development in Lagos, an award he won, through his weekend community awareness programme on radio.
