Charles Doucot

Charles Doucot serves as Kalido's Vice President of Worldwide Sales, responsible for global sales, pre-sales engineering, partner development and channel sales. Doucot brings to the Kalido executive team more than 20 years of experience in sales and operational leadership. He most recently served as senior vice president & managing director, Americas Operations at IDS Scheer, a leading provider of business process management software. During his tenure, Doucot grew software license sales and expanded systems integrator support to achieve dominance in the Americas market.

Prior to IDS Scheer, Charles served as vice president and general manager, Sales and Channels at Sybase, where he delivered record results across multiple product lines. Before Sybase, Doucot spent 15 years with HP where he held numerous sales, management and executive positions, including assignments in OEM sales, strategic alliances and services.

Charles graduated Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and completed The General Manager Program™, an executive education course, at Harvard Business School.
