In early 2009, I joined the acclaimed photographer and filmmaker, Norman Seeff as his business partner. In addition to producing non-fiction content for theatrical, television and digital release, we manage Norman's creative assets. These include still images from over 1000 photo sessions with public personalities (Steve Jobs, Ray Charles etc); remarkable footage from 600 of his sessions; and the intellectual property Norman has created on the dynamics of creativity.

In parallel, I continue to develop and produce feature films at Henelor Film Entertainment which in 2010 took over the projects of my former company, 3 Dogs & A Pony.

I’ve been working in the film business since 1984. I have produced/executive produced 13 feature films set in the US, Australia and New Zealand, and 19 documentaries for broadcasters in the US, Japan, China and Australia and the global channels of Discovery Communications and National Geographic.

I have built and run production and film financing businesses in Sydney, Tokyo and Los Angeles.

Between 1981 and 1984 and before joining my brother’s film production business in Sydney as Managing Director, I created and ran restaurants in Wellington, New Zealand and Los Angeles.

My first career was in the global dairy product business when I was hired in 1971 as a marketing graduate-trainee by the New Zealand Dairy Board (now known as Fonterra), the world’s largest trader in dairy products. For 8 years, I enjoyed success as an international marketing executive, including a 4 year posting to Tokyo where I was responsible for business in Korea and Taiwan as well as Japan. During my term as Marketing Representative, North Asia, the Dairy Board’s business grew from $30m to over $200m per annum.

During two years leave of absence from the Dairy Board, I worked as a ski instructor in Austria (for two seasons) and as a driver/guide on camping holidays through Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
