OK unemployed and looking for a Job!
In the mean time I started a Little Project I realy like to work on. Bringing conductive extruable plastic to the 3D Printing! I have worked with a similar concept before in electronics but that was a diferent application and different Technology. So today I started the mold to create the slugs for extruding the material. So anyone that would have a interest in this type of material Please send a message. No It Not free but would be willing to sell the material or Trade! I do Need funding and Food!
Can you see a day when people shop at a kiosk vending machine and can select a Pluming part they needs and the 3D printer makes the part they need? Now can you see the day when a person can also select a calculator, flashlight? Or cell phone. Then the vending machine with the 3D Printer prints the item and a pick and place robot adds the needed semiconductor parts as needed. What are missing are the circuits to carry the electricity to make it work. No I am not giving details on how I would do this: would you.
I know a method of how to do this! Now I have the issue. The Idea is not to make the 3d printer but the feed stock to be able to do this! Well I am not rich and in reality like so many others in the US am out of work with no funding! So being out of work does give me the time to work on this I do need some funding so yes I will check the links you have sent. Now if you know anyone that would like to test the material have them contact me. No I cannot give it away but would be willing to sell it for testing in exchange for funding.
Ok the first Test: OK results the Base material is clear and flexible. Added 50% nana-flake Metal (my thrums are still sore from grinding the material) and made the slug and extruded the material. Wow the material is still flexible and goes from clear to brown. The metal is soluble in the material at 200 deg F and distributed evenly (self origination and distribution in the material! Good results. Now conductivity well -10X6 per cm (a failed experiment No: A good resister!) Next test a higher concentration as soon as I can. I would like some new equipment and some funding to keep me working! I have no Idea if this will work but I Like to Try. Please help an out of work IT person and perhaps a new way of making things!
I hate a Resumes. I find It hard to Pack in about 35 year of work history and life in to one page! This I thi
