I moved to Kingston in the fall of 2007 from Queens, New York.
I soon fell in love with the unique and spectacular Kingston and Saugerties area Victorian-era homes.
The many examples of 1800's architectural styles such as Second Empire mansard roofs, gingerbread gables, and Queen Anne details excited me.
Licensed as a REALTOR since 2004, I developed an understanding of the real estate market via successfully listing and closing transactions, beginning with co-op sales in Queens, NY.
