Charles Bichara

With extensive experience helping build the area’s economic health, Charles Bichara has been serving the City of Middleburg Heights, OH since 2000.

His career began in 1992 with the city of South Euclid, OH, helping establish the now-thriving Enterprise Zone Program. From there, Bichara served as the Enterprise Zone Manager and then Community Development Coordinator until 2003.

Bichara is a sought-after expert in the region, consulting with local municipalities who also desire to create community and economic development programs to better serve their residents.

With over twenty years helping municipal governments and local communities, Bichara has an extensive track record of bringing vibrant, economy-stimulating businesses to the Greater Cleveland area in his role as Director of Economic Development.
