Charles de Gruchy is currently the Director of global CRM, loyalty & analytics at ABG Group(Avis.) He has been at this position since June 12th, 2014 out of Parsippany, NJ. While at this role, Charles is responsible for driving revenue and customer lifetime value by improving customer engagement and long-term loyalty. ABG has launched a new CRM program and has plans to launch an exciting new loyalty program, the work must be tailored to the business needs of each brand, designed with input from Brand Marketing, information technology, insights/analytics, creative, agencies, operations, finance and other functions.
Prior to ABG Group, Charles worked at Engagement Management, LLC as the CRM and Loyalty contract consultant from December of 2007 to May or 2014. While at this job, he led the card and loyalty lifecycle marketing strategy and operations efforts across channels of sale. Driving growth of the credit card business by goring new and returning customers, minimizing chum and lifting frequency and lifetime sales. The role leads customer acquisition and retention across Brooks brands, overseeing all database and marketing strategies.
