Charles Crouch

Charles is a lecturer in e-business for the Boston University International Graduate Programs. He also gives courses in e-commerce strategy, as well as lively presentations and workshops on current e-business topics. Professionally he works with retail, industrial and consumer market companies to enhance their online performance and develop an effective Web presence.
